A season of waiting is almost never easy. Sometimes we may find ourselves feeling discouraged or feeling as though God has forgotten about us. Let this be a reminder that God has never forgotten about you (and He never will). You are His child and He cares so much for you. You may not fully understand why you are waiting, but trust that He knows exactly what He’s doing. (Jeremiah 29:11)
When we grow impatient with God, let us remember that He waited for us. Oh so patiently, He waits for His children to turn to Him. God waited for us, so why can’t we wait for Him?
Without hesitation, He stays persistent in pursuit of our hearts. While in your waiting season, be persistent in prayer. Be persistent in serving Him. For where would be without the Lord?
Remember that your waiting has a purpose. Your waiting season is not meant to torture you. Your waiting season is meant to prepare you.
